For those who have completed HELT 501, HELT 502 offers an opportunity to develop a teaching portfolio, in line with your individual professional needs. This course will be useful for those wishing to apply for a teaching excellence award, develop a portfolio for promotion, or create a reflective portfolio for your personal teaching development. With the support of course facilitators and peers, you will apply research-based ideas to your own practice, and develop skills in selecting and explaining evidence of effective practice, identifying areas for future development, and how to present these in a coherent way.
